EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.
Love the frame, price and company. Ot was packaged well, good delivery time great price. One frame plexiglass came broken, which could have been an in transit issue. Returned it and reordered another one which came in perfect condition. So over all still I give it 5 star rating.

Fits puzzle sized to frame to a T!
This frame looks elegant holding my puzzle and great for my budget where other frames this size were more than twice the price! Only $20 more than the poster frame, which looks just like a poster frame (cheap), and worth every penny. If you don't mind waiting for one to come unbroken, it's worth it; the shipping company ignores all the Fragile stickers and the first one was broken in several places. I reordered and while the second box was also incredibly beaten up, the frame survived :)

Great frame!
Very nice frame, it was packaged really well. My puzzle looks great I'm this frame! My only complaint is that I didn't have a drill to put in the hardware so I used command strips.

Great purchase
This frame for my large puzzle was very nice. I love the way the plex glass was protected front and back. I definitely would recommend to others.
