GREAT SUPPLEMENT!! I could tell a difference after just a few doses, and it seems that the longer I use the product the more effective it gets. I like how every ingredient is displayed with full transparency, and not hidden behind a proprietary blend.

I had been skeptical about this supplement, but after about 3 weeks of taking it I found definite cognitive improvement. Beyond that, I felt 'happier'. I ran out, and could not find it in the store so took Prevagen. Interesting i noticed a decrease in recall and definitely noticed a much higher degree of anxiety. I went on line and found it and ordered 4 more bottles. Please note, this is a recount of my experience. Natural Brain Supplement-has B6 and B12-these I believe are good for your nervous system. If you have or feel a little fog-this supplement will definitely help. I was very surprised how I was able to concentrate enough to read a book which I love. I noticed a difference around day 2 and feel it give you clarity with no stimulants.

This product is way better than others that cost more and have national ad campaigns. I know this based upon my own experience. It also contains many of the ingredients known to improve brain health.

I was sure that there were other products online that were healthier, natural, and more efficient alternatives to caffeine to get me up and going. Plus, with hypertension, caffeine was not a safe alternative. After doing some research I chose 1 Body's Brain Support Supplement, primarily for its blend of Alpha GPC

I can't tell if they're any better than other brands. But I don't like that the dosage is 3 capsules a day (I hate taking pills so the less, the better), and no wonder, most of them are not full inside.
