awesome value. minimum markup compared to others, and with free shipping and ability to use credit/debit card - amazing! my only issue is that walmart charges the taxes up front. when will I get a refund on the taxes? there should be no tax on gold where I live. otherwise, fantastic! this is obviously not the seller's fault.
The product is good. It's gold good the only drawback is they don't have me signed for this product. It's almost $4000. They should require signature for some of these gold products. Thank you.
USPS was inaccurate in tracking. $4000 product needs to be signed for and not just placed on outdoor table.
Easy to order. Arrived ahead of schedule. Exactly what I expected. Great experience.
excellent price a very good investment
The product is great! ...but buying it on Walart.com is the worst experience I have ever had online. Walmart.com kept canceling my order without my knowledge or consent! I had to try and reorder the item 5 times after Walmart.com kept canceling my orders and spend hours and hours yelling at customer service over a one-month period before they finally stopped canceling my orders! -Ordering on walmart.com SUCKS!!!!
The gold bar itself is exactly what you'd expect—authentic, quality, and securely sealed in certified assay packaging, just like any reputable brand. My 4-star rating is for the company, not the product. With gold priced at $3,400, I was surprised and disappointed that they chose the cheapest USPS shipping option, which took five days to arrive. For such a high-value item, this felt careless and not in line with the level of service I expected. In contrast, other companies I've purchased from always used FedEx or UPS 2-day delivery for similar orders—faster, more secure, and more reassuring. Bullion.com can improve service if they want, or they can act cheap.
PRO: Great offerings, and usually quick ship. CON: Tax charged, and I must take action to have it refunded 2 weeks after delivery. Such a pain. Premiums are sometimes higher than other bullion dealers. For some reason the credit card issuers always think its a fraud purchase when buying from Walmart vs a bullion dealer. Can cause purchase cancellation and reordering headaches.
Twice I tried to purchase the product with them , and everything on my side was OK , however they cancelled. Twice the order due they said to problem on their side : the result I had twice the money for the purchase placed on hold on my bank account for several days and therefore unavailable. No proper explanation or effective corrective action was taken.
I have received the item and it looks used and bended, tried to contact seller multiple times through emails and call never give option or even get back to me
