Perfect to have on hand for any reason
Used when visiting family for Christmas. Especially perfect for those you forgot to buy for. Just pull one out of pocket and say Merry Christmas. Everybody loved them.

I wasn't absolutely delighted
I was very disappointed in their presentation. They were scratched up, smudged and dirty. They were haphazardly tucked into individual plastic sleeves that appeared to be used several times before.. I was surprised, but they are still silver bars, right?

1 Bar was unsealed and taped, Im not trusting this company procedure I dont even know if the bar is made of silver.

Find a new product
Received my product in a reasonable time. One of the pieces was not wrapped like the other four or the previous pieces that I have purchased. The edges of the piece appear distorted.

Silver Coins request Ignored
I politely requested to cancel my order just a few hours after placing it because I wanted the silver coins instead (it was a gift). I was told it would take up to 48 hours to review the cancellation request, but I never received any response at all. At the very least, the order could have been switched to the coins I requested. The lack of communication and basic customer service was very disappointing.

Tax is not supposed to be charged. Walmart always taxes my purchase of silver and sometimes issues a refund for the tax, but not always. Walmart can do much better. I'm still waiting for additional refunds or notices of refunds and am not hearing anything currently.

Cancelled the order the following day and yet they delivered it.It cost me $40 to return it because company policy didn't cancel my order
