great design, was packaged well but.... i ordered this item on 03/22/26 and only just received it today 04/17/26 . delivery was supposed to be within 3days mine took approximately 25 days. i did contact the seller through Walmart and both time received a similar answer that they are investigating and gathering information to determine what occurred with the package .
Go to palce for purchasing gold and silver. Can always find what I want with much lower premiums than any walk in shop. Fast delivery. Reputable dealers. Easy process, ecept for the occassional glitch. Only place I look anymore for buying precious metals. I test every shipment to guarrantee i am not recieving any counterfits.
All of my purchases through Ampex have been high quality, fair priced and delivered ahead of schedule safely and quality, reliability, the big one customer service and ease of use. Good job and thank you. Apex Greg
The purchase process was easy, delivery was prompt, and the coins came in a nice sealed container labeled US Mint Bullion. The whole purchase process was convenient.
i like the clarity..told my friends to order from bullion.com. they didn't charge me tax.. like the other companies did..i will from bullion.com from now on..
I have to admit, I don't like paying sales tax for what is considered American Currency. I believe that is over taxation by Walmart.
3rd purchase from this company. First two were great. 3rd order, every coin had scratches. Claimed to be BU. Not only cherry picked, but every single coin was damaged. Very disappointing. Will spend elsewhere from here.
These Silver American Eagles were described as BU. They are definitely not BU, there is obvious wear, tear and damage. It's okay to sell coins in this condition, but don't misrepresent. If it's not BU, don't say it is. Will not buy from this vendor again.
I did not receive the right item that I ordered. I called Walmart to complain and I was told that the shipper would contact me within 48 hours. The shipper did not call me back. Since there is a no return policy I am stuck with what was sent to me. I am very dissapointed because I paid a lot of money for the coins and did not receive the correct ones. The same thing happened with a previous order.
The item was listed as “BU” brilliant uncirculated, but the coins were milky/cloudy, definitely not “brilliant.” No big deal, simply replace them. THE SELLER REFUSES TO REPLACE THE ITEM – they will only issue a refund. An agent reached out to the seller on my behalf– they still refuse to replace. The silver market is volatile. If I repurchase after receiving a refund IT WILL COST ME AN EXTRA $90.00. The seller has incredible prices. I have purchased over $8,000 from them on Walmart.com and another $1,000, or so, off of the seller's website. I have only had 2 problems. The seller refuses to deal with problems in a fair and direct manner. When I purchased BU coins we made a contract. In exchange for my money, the seller would provide me with Brilliant Uncirculated American Silver Eagles. I want the purchase contract fulfilled. This is not a buyers remorse issue. The coins were significantly unlike the item description. I am not upset about the condition of the coins. Mistakes happen and quality control is sometimes overlooked. I am upset because the seller refuses to make it right! Seriously, just give me what I paid for. No compensation. No apology. Just 20 BU Silver Eagles. My experience with the seller is 70% awesome %26 30% horrible with nothing in the middle.
