One thing that I like about these food scrapers,is that they have a good grip on the handles. They have a multi functional use. The blades are made sturdy and heavy enough that they won't bend easily when applying pressure when using them. Clean up is easy, and the metric scale on the blades are really helpful.

I ordered these thinking I would use them a few times a week. I use them daily, for everything. Slicing candy evenly, scraping flour off the counter, separating dough, scooping up chopped vegetables. Great things to have around.

The metal bench scaper works fine but I also bought two plastic ones that work just as well are cheaper and easier to store in my drawer. It's also little big for my hand (woman's small).

It came with a bit of a dent in it due to poor packaging. I feel it needs to be shipped with a guard of some kind on the edge. I did hammer it out as I did not want to return it and it is ok now.
