2 capsules are required for a dose. There are only 60 capsules in the bottle. That is a 30 day dose for $20. You have to order them online which took 10 days for it to arrive. By ordering them online, I couldn't use my OTC pharmacy card, and I had to pay out of pocket. Not Good. Haven't taken them long enough to see how effective they are.
