lol the socks are good but I wish they had some heat in the calf part of the sock as I need it there also. Otherwise, the only thing is maybe they could be a little warmer but that is probably just me. I would recommend to a friend if they have cold feet. I have neuropathy which makes my situation more difficult.

The description is incorrect on this product. These are not rechargeable. They take 3 regular AA batteries each. They are very small and thin. The wires run through them and twist from underneath so very uncomfortable. I'm still trying to return them. I have started the return and even confirmed all was good with the help center. I was supposed to be able to return them to a store. The barcode to complete the return is not working correctly, shows “something went wrong” on their computer. I was told that I would have to call the 1800 number to get a return label emailed to me to print. The person said I would get one and that everything was good. I received an email but no label. I called again, she started another return with another barcode. I tried bringing it to a different store location. Explained what happened, the new and old barcodes still don't work. The employee called and couldn't get this resolved. Told me to try again in a few days. I have to call again yet. This has been extremely frustrating!!!

One was broken and didn't work! Something wrong in battery case! Couldn't plug into case nothing there?
