I really like these glasses, lightweight. But wish they were metal and not plastic. But they are clear, and would buy again.
I like the look of these and the progressive lenses work well, but the hinges are stiff and the temples are week plastic, so opening and closing the glasses causes the temple to break very easily. My first pair broke pretty quickly, so I ordered another pair and I do not fold them when I take them off. These would be much better if they included spring hinges and/or reinforced temples.
Frame broken right away . Think they would be great if they get some better quality frames
the arms are weak and came off the hinge.
The glasses look great, and work well for a couple weeks. Even thought they are advertised as "metal", the temples are cheap plastic. I am not hard on glasses, but one of the temples cracked as I was putting them on one day. So, they worked great for a couple weeks, and then became disposable garbage.
I purchased these glasses because the price was "cheap", but I didn't know how cheaply made they are made! They broke minutes out of the box! (lens popped out) The lens is held in place by a "half" upper metal frame and the lower is monofilament (fishing) line! Yes... fishing line! Wow! Once the lens pops out (if you try to adjust anything to fit your face other than the nose pieces) it is nearly impossible to re-install the lens in the frame. No screws or way to loosen the fishing line to re-install the lens. Would NOT recommend these to anyone! Buy cheap price, get CHEAP quality! I expected as much... never again!
The ear pieces are plastic and break very easily. If I could get this with metal ear pieces / springs I would gladly give them a 5 star rating and pay a lot more. I've broken 3 now. Won't buy again.
not clear lenses, tinted brown
Do not buy. The frame breaks easily. I had two pair that did not last two weeks.
Great look, worked well ... for about a month. After using them for about a month, the temple snapped as I was putting them on, right next to the hinge. These glasses were only used at work (office/desk job), so there was never any physical stress on them. If disposable is what you are looking for, these are a suitable purchase.
