My old computer crashed and I need it to complete my monthly statement I went online looking for a deal and found one with Walmart. Also, the promise that I would get my product on a certain day within five days of ordering and they were on point This saved my day
Not a good choice for me. The computer I received is being returned to Walmart so I have no use for the tutorial thank you please issue a $99 credit even though you say it is nonrefundable thank you.
Received my computer on 11/22/24. It is now 11/26/24 and still haven't heard from anyone to set this up. What's the use of paying for extra service if you don't receive it? I didn't buy a computer to have it sit in the box? Thank you.
My laptop was delivered damaged so I returned it for a refund. I received the refund for my laptop but the $99.00 service protection package has not been refunded. I never used nor logged on to this service. I do not want the $99.00 package as my new laptop is fine without the package. Please refund my $99.00 Also I did not have any information included about using the $99 package nor have I received any communication via mail nor e-mail.
This is not returnable...doesn't matter that you returned the laptops you purchased it for... and it is times 2 since you bought one for your mother and one for yourself. Tried to explain and Walmart keeps saying they are escalating but now says not returnable. Also, when I experienced the battery issues on the laptops I did try calling support first and never reached anyone. Bad Customer Experience and Bad Purchase!
Purchased with laptop the tech support (plan with tax for $105.93 on 11-27-24.) The plan description says, "Once purchased, you'll receive an email or telephone call from True Network Solutions with the information needed to initiate service at your convenience". I never received the call so can't use yet (1 yr service began on purchase date and today is 12/28/24). Went to store, and called Cust. Service twice and rec'd no solution. I wanted a refund of the Plan since I can't use it. Third Cust. Serv agent said he checked with supervisor who said it can't be refunded and isn't giving a reason why, even though it's never been used (and I can't use it) and meets all refund guidelines. Description says sold and delivered by Walmart and Laptop can be returned until 2-1-25, and holiday returns until 1-31-25. Walmart is not returning my $105.93, no explanation. I want to discuss with higher authority. They, in effect are cheating me out of the refund. I will cancel Walmart Plus when subscription ends if that is the way they treat people, and I have been a Walmart online shopper for years. I am appalled by this lack of customer service. Don't buy a tech plan when you buy a computer, unless you can afford the loss of $105.93 (I cannot!) I think the 2 online agents are making a mistake, maybe they were newly hired for holiday season. Beware this item is not refundable. This is nothing but a money grab as nothing is listed about it being non refundable when you “view details “ about the service they provide while you are checking out on the mobile Walmart.com app.
I purchased this 1 Year Premium Tech Support %26 McAfee Security service online along side an All-in-One 27" computer. When the computer arrive I call the Tech Support team and and was advised by the IVR that there was three callers ahead of me. A little while later, I was advised there were two callers ahead of me, then two. A short while later I was told I was number on in line, and to leave a call back number and I would get a call back. I made three calls to Tech Support and never reached a human. I canceled my subscription, and a few days later later returned the computer. I have been refunded for the computer but not the Tech Support service.
I purchased this product with a desktop and later returned the desktop. Desktop money refunded but I was not refunded for your product. I didn't use it and it's been over a month now and you guys refused to refund me. I've called several times to no avail. Pls give me my money.
I was supposed to be contacted via email to get a phone number to get have the support to have my computer set up. I checked my email several times and in several areas and didn't see anything. I am less than pleased with Walmart, living in a small town and dealing with electronics right now.
