1 Year Remote Tech Support + Setup

When it was delivered, they put it in a proper place where there was no way anyone could view It from the street. So that was a 5 star plus! Not sure of the product yet.All I know is what people told me so we'll let you know in the future.

I called prior to getting the computer and the gentleman was very informative. The phone was answered right away and he talked to me for at least 5 minutes. After conversing with him I automatically added this support to my purchase.

I guess this service is attempting to be efficient. After a person confirmed my subscription, the job was transferred to an online robot “technician” to complete set up, and at one point chances to the screen appeared a human took over to deal with the McAfee problems. Then back to the robot. Two hours passed and my battery was down to 6%, and the McAfee problems was not resolved. We just moved and the electrical cord, was left at the hotel, and yes that was my bad. BUT 2 hours and service not completed, REALLY!?!?!

I would like everyone to know that Walmart is helping scam people out of money with their third-party's like the insurance and the true technology company they're helping them keep your money I asked for a refund they told me it would be refunded. It never came. Walmart is actually really really helping these people steal from us.

Went to Purchase History as told by was representative was told no one could help I should look at the manual!!-even though I had paid almost $100 ..HOWEVER, thankfully I had given my phone number to the rep %26 someone very knowledgeable very quickly called me right back to answer my one question about transferring my old data to my new tablet!! I am totally relieved and happy with this issue %26 hopefully I won't have to edit this review

I never received my tablet this was ordered with. I am disabled and cancelled the tablet and requested Refund and I want Refund for this service order that was for the cancelled order.

I couldn't find any contact info to access my set up help or tech assist. not on customer service by phone or chat even. I ended up returning the printer because of the horrible 'service' I paid so much for! and they refused to refund the $89 I paid for it even though I never could access it! Total waste and very frustrating

Tech support was offered as an add on to the purchase. Upon calling to get assistance setting up the vSeeBox Elite Ultra was informed that support was not able to assist with this product and that I would need to contact Walmart Customer Support for a refund.

My TV and soundbar were mounted on June 23, 2025,. On June 24, 2025, when I came home from work, I found my TV and soundbar laying on the floor broken. Next, I have filed a claim with the Angi Pro company that you hired to mount my TV and soundbar for a refund. The pro did not mount my TV and soundbar correctly on the wall, and that's why they fell to the floor. Please do not hire Angi Pros anymore!

I am so disappointed in the way my case was handled. I had spoken to three different people. Randy the first tech was really excellent. Very Patient with me. Jennifer the second tech basically told me some very unusual things to do with my computer. Eventually the entire thing crashed and she said oh you might have a faulty computer. This was entirely on Jennifer and the weird things she told me to do to get my computer booted up? I ended up charging it more as she said. And she also said she would write extensive notes on my order number. Well she did not do that and after having Noaha help me. He realized that the computer was totally crashed. So his supevisor had me wait for about 20 minutes and then inform Noaha that there was nothing this company could do. They recommended going to the Geek Squad and paying who knows how much money to totally delete everything on the computer. As you can tell I am veryvery upset by the whole situation. A Supervisor is supposedly calling me soon. We will have to see. I would never go with a company who treats their customers like I have been treated.
