When it was delivered, they put it in a proper place where there was no way anyone could view It from the street. So that was a 5 star plus! Not sure of the product yet.All I know is what people told me so we'll let you know in the future.

couldn't be happier with my Lancelot M1630 Pro! From the moment I received my printer, the support team was outstanding. They were patient, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with, guiding me through the entire setup process from start to finish. As a beginner, I had a lot of questions, and they were always there to help. My very first test print came out with amazing colors and a soft feel, which exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a reliable DTF printer backed by excellent customer service, I highly recommend the Lancelot M1630 Pro. I guess this service is attempting to be efficient. After a person confirmed my subscription, the job was transferred to an online robot “technician” to complete set up, and at one point chances to the screen appeared a human took over to deal with the McAfee problems. Then back to the robot. Two hours passed and my battery was down to 6%, and the McAfee problems was not resolved. We just moved and the electrical cord, was left at the hotel, and yes that was my bad. BUT 2 hours and service not completed, REALLY!?!?!

I was sent the wrong processor, only need to find out it was refurbished and not new, so I had to cancel the warranty because it was not correct. Took me much time with Walmart customer service, AI services, Allstate customer service, AI services and finally back to Walmart customer service where I actually got a real individual on the phone. He took care of it in less than 10 minutes where the others I was on the phone with them for almost 45 minutes. Not happy at all.

I would like everyone to know that Walmart is helping scam people out of money with their third-party's like the insurance and the true technology company they're helping them keep your money I asked for a refund they told me it would be refunded. It never came. Walmart is actually really really helping these people steal from us.

Went to Purchase History as told by was representative was told no one could help I should look at the manual!!-even though I had paid almost $100 ..HOWEVER, thankfully I had given my phone number to the rep %26 someone very knowledgeable very quickly called me right back to answer my one question about transferring my old data to my new tablet!! I purchased this for an item for an elderly friend. I cannot get any information about it . She needs help and there is nothing on the website nor anything accessible through the Chatbot. In fact, it specifically states that there is no information available for Remote Tech Support

When I called, he told me he was the only one working the phone that day. He got me started, but I had no sound on my computer and he said he didn't have time to stay with me because he had other people on hold. It's definitely not worth the money. In fact I'd like a refund.

Walmart charged me $18 for remote tech support to get this printer set up. when i called Brother for this tech support I told the. I paid the $18 for their help with setup and they told me THEIR TECH SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE TO ME 24/7 FOR AS LONG AS I HAVE THE PRINTER AT NO CHARGE! WHEN I called Walmart for my $18 to be refunded they said the tech service comes thru Angie's Services and I should have received an email or text from them confirming this support. NO EMAIL, NOTHING! Walmart is just scamming customers out of the $18 for no reason!

trash, keep.you hold for ever and the. send your request off to someone else offshore who cant speak to you or help either. theyve got a spammy shady looking application that wipes your system before they connect to help. the fiest question they ask you is why everythings wiped. called and gave feedabck an did not help theyre useless.
