i had to add another hole to the sandal strap to maKe it fit |securely around my ankle but other than that its a good sandal

I wear an 8 1/2 to 9 and I ordered an 8 1/2. These sandals were way too big for me. So I gave them to my daughter who wears a 10. She tried them on but they were a little tight for her. In struggling just a little to get them on one of the straps started breaking. I am so disappointed because I ordered these for a wedding that I'm going to next week so now I need to go shopping and find something else.
