Easy to install you just download the app turn it on and connect to it. Its little so you pay what you get for. In order for it to be on it has to stay connected to a power source. Mine seems to be upside down so i flipped it.

would have a 5star review but trying to find an event on sd card or cloud is more than difficult

It's a little bit confusing on how to get it to work but it doesn't really take to long to get it set up. I don't like the fact that it doesn't zoom in n out but it is good for indoor use

It was very disappointing. It came with no directions, there was no way contacting the manufacturer to ask questions, and I couldn't get to turn on. I have several Wi-Fi cameras in my home of different brands and have never been so frustrated trying to get one to work.

Instructions are very poor, there is no parts list to say whats to be included and the camera had no identification sticker on it with ID or password. Am afraid it may be used to gain access to my computer. Without an ID or password I have no idea how to set it up. Would NOT RECOMMEND IT.

THIS ITEM IS A PIECE OF CRAP.WILL NOT CONNECT.THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO IS HORRIBLE.THEY WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND.THEY ONLY WANT TO GIVE YOU 10%.$1 .10.SO BEFORE YOU BUY PLEASE RESEARCH THE COMPANY AND THEIR REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY.ITEM HAD NOT ID NUMBER.SO COULD NOT EVEN TRY TO CONNECT MANUALY.NO QRCODE EITHER.

whatever is wrong with this is keeping it from working as described as i have tried by instructions as well as online videos and articles for help, totally irritating wasting money for no benefit.

Return this item due to the fact that I could not get the Wi-Fi and my home to pick up the cameras or the Wi-Fi on my phone could not get neither one to work with the camera

Could not even get it to work in the first place ,and returned it but forgot my memory chip in it,waaa the hustle of getting it back infact I have given up on it ,
