My daughter is 7 and we've been using this since she was a baby. Helps with her congestion and the smell isn't overpowering, it's just enough to open up the airway. We usually put the ball in before she gets in the bath, it dissolves pretty quickly. We do it before bed time, as it helps her sleep better when she's congested.

These are great if babe has a cold but I also use them when it's dry out just to preempt any stuffiness. They smell amazing and give the bath a little bit of fizz.

Way more gentle than using essential oils, and super fun for baby to play with in the bath!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of the Frida products are really great and get so many great reviews, however I had never seen the vapor balls before! With cold season taking a toll on our household these little balls were AMAZING!! Not only did they work perfect for the kids baths, but I personally ended up using one as well. They're so easy to use, and they really do help clearing up your airways when you're plugged up! I have tried numerous different bath bombs, shower bombs, vapor rubs, etc. Some have worked, but unfortunately they only worked for a very short time. These not only worked VERY well nearly immediately, but they helped through the entire bath, and seemed to help the most with the longest lasting effects. Both myself and the kids seemed to have far longer lasting results as far as staying clear for a while. I found these were absolutely perfect for before bed baths to help fall asleep without all of the congestion stopping you from being uncomfortable. We will forever have these in our home. They might be geared toward young kids and babies, but the are just awesome for the whole family.

My son was so relaxed with his bath and the BreathFrida Natural Vapor Bath Bombs helped him not only to breather a little better but get a better nights sleep. I am loving them and even used one myself. I will be using these form now on as they really work!

Like all Frida products this is of good quality! I haven't had a chance to use all the products but can speak of those I have used. The rinse cup is easy to use, it's definitely a product I need with my children. I haven't used the bath bombs yet- as luckily we haven't been sick. I can smell them through the packaging so I do think they will be a good quality- the only bummer is they are for kids over the age of 2. We love using the vapor drops in our humidifier! They work well. The body scrubber is fun but I'm not sure I'd buy it again. It is great for sensory play while we are bathing the baby. I'm not sure I've notice any difference in his skin. Overall I think this is a fun kit. I love knowing I have the bath bombs on hand if we get sick although I'm sure they would be great to use at any time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great for when you or the baby is sick and it opened up the nose when its clogged and I differently recommend when you or your kids have the flu it opens you up and helps open up your nose when its stuffy.

I just bought these this morning and used one today because my daughter is sick. I opened it and it didn't smell like anything while dry or in the tub either. I've never bought anything from them but I'm super disappointed.

There is no scent to this product once it hits the water. A waste of money and I have tried two separate packs.

I bought this a couple weeks ago, thought it would be great to have when my kiddos get sick. Unfortunately there is no smell to this product so it did not clear her nose. It also made my 4 year old (no allergies, not allergic to anything yet) break out in hives all over her face, she barely got water on her face while taking the bath.
