I bought three of these at Christmas for the young people in my life. They love them. These run fast and have all the accessories you need to come with it! Good price, good product!

I purchased this not even 4 months ago. When I first started using this product, I noticed right off that the screen seemed very weak, and within the first week I seen signs of scratches even though I used the stylus only for the touchscreen. While I was using the tablet the other day the screen cracked %26 caused the screen to quit working. So I wouldn't recommend this product, unless you wanted to pay for the protection plan with the possibility of dealing with having this product repaired and/or replaced (which I did not so I'm out $60 %26 a tablet).
I liked the Amazon Fire tablet better. I wanted to get my 8 soon to be 9 year old a more grown up tablet. It does have way more memory than the Amazon Fire. It just seems slower than the Amazon Fire.
This seemed like a good deal till not even a week later when it wasn't coming on. It was pretty slow, and we didn't have a lot of apps down loaded as this was meant for my son for his home schooling. This was meant to be used for a couple learning apps and google classroom. The keyboard didn't pair up as easiest as you'd think it would nor did the mouse. Getting a replacement isn't an option either. Your only option is returning, waiting for the funds to be transferred back into your account and then reordering.
Never received item, can't review it right. My kids never got they Christmas gift. Walmart is refusing to REFUND....WE were taking a road trip, and it was a disaster because of this. I am not a happy customer.
God forbid your kid drops it even in a case it broke 3rd day of use..waste of money
