this little labtop/ tablet works pretty good its a bit slow but other than that it works good picture quality is good i likr the keybord and mose good for youtube , surfing the web and face book just samll stuff

My only MAJOR concern is the battery gets hot QUICK!! I just bought it, set it up within 5 mins of my 1st use, the battery was hot! And it stays hot throughout the use of it! Ive only used it twice, and for less than 10 minutes, bcse of it getting hot 😞I am VERY concerned about this as it should NOT be an issue!! I know a hot battery is WRONG can damage the device!! I am bummed about this bcse I waited a long time to finally be able to buy a new tablet now Im afraid to use it 😭 HELP!!!

Just got it, the description says 7 gb rom and it really only has 4 or maybe just 3! It does come with a mouse a keyboard and Pen and a Case. So it still is a pretty good deal, I only gave it 3 stars because the description it wrong.

I bought this so I would be able to see things larger than I can on my phone. The bundle has everything you need but, it is so slow that games stopped trying to open because it was taking too long. When I could load a game it lagged so much I would get the pop-up saying the game is not responding would you like to wait or close app? If you opted to wait, you just kept getting that message until you close it. It's useless!

The biggest gripe I have and the reason I picked this one over the $49 one they had was it is supposed to have 7 GB of RAM. It had 3! Right out of the box it is written on the cover of the tablet. Once again Walmart lies in information! I kept the unit but only watch YouTube or check FB with it. It has no ability to check email without taking 15 minutes to boot up.

The speaker's sound really bad, but when I go through the postal service and it was hard to hook up bluetooth.This is our first book tablet ever and i'm very disappointed with the quality.I would like either an upgrade or a new one.I know I got insurance for it

I bought two of these, one for each of my kids. They lasted less than a month, neither will power on anymore. Yes, tried charging each using the enclosed chargers, they have been charging for 48 hours now; the chargers will charge our phones just fine. Neither device will power on. DO NOT BUY THESE TABLETS!

I didn't receive my order for Christmas for my kid due to a technical error on delivery address. I was promised a Walmart credit to my account. Never received it. Disappointed

I bought two of these tablets and both of them have already stopped working. They don't turn back on. You cannot reboot them. I just feel like I wasted my money.

Bought this to use for important meetings and appointments and it gets to the screen that says what it is then black screen again. It's fully charged just will not turn all the way on. Tried to return to Walmart and they said not found in system. 0/10 recommended
