I give this tablet and company customer service A
This window table is amazing. The price was fantastic. But most of all, the customer service was one hundred percent. I needed help, they replied immediately and took care of my question.

Good Quality and Features for the Price
Was decent quality for an inexpensive unit. Haven't tested battery life, but the quality of the unit is good and compares to more expensive machines we use.

disappointed
totally useless instruction booklet, type too small to be readable, was supposed to come with windows 11 system but when i tried to activate it i received message that the app version was illegal, a legal copy is going to cost as much as the tablet

ive only used it 3 times . it was slow at first which i expected with the smaller ram but now the wifi settings app is completely missing from the operating system. Like the wifi device is burnt out or something. Im doing a factory reset to give it another shot but Im probably Going to be returning this item.

Very disappointed by this . Plug in was not what I wanted or expected. Wanted to use it while away from home.
