Excellent for time starved individuals
I found this product very easy to do and yet it challenges the muscles in such a short period of time. I've recommitted myself to doing pilates again, but I don't always have time for a 50 minute session. So this DVD let's me squeeze in 10 minute sessions at my leisure and still get the results I want.

A Great Choice!
I am glad I selected this product. I enjoy the flexibililty of customizing my workouts to fit my schedule. It is very challenging. I really enjoy the combination of Pilates and the fitness ball. I have been using it for about 2 weeks and already see a difference in increased energy level and flexibilty. I don't think it is a workout for someone who has never done Pilates, I think you should at least have had exposure to beginning Pilates and know some of the moves.

A great workout
This is not the first 10 minute solution video I have, and I am not disappointed. The instructions are easy, but the work out is definitely a challenge. That makes it a perfect workout.

For the price and workout you can't beat it, it is a good addition to my off days from kettlebell workouts. I love the core section of the dvd.

Provides a good workout on the stability ball
I have one other 10-Minute Solutions video and like the routines. Lara Hudson leads you through five 10-minute routines targeting different regions of your body. Each is easy and effective in exercising those specific zones. 50 minutes go by quickly and you feel great!
