10 Minute Solution: Sculpt, Tone and Reshape Kit

Great exercise video and 2 resistance bands. I love how you can either select to do all 5 workouts or you can individually select a workout to suit your area you want to work on that day. Easy to follow as well.

I've had this dvd for a few yrs now and I love it.. It's my go to video everytime I want to start working out again. I do 1 or 2 workouts at a time and it's not too much to where I don't want to keep doing it the next day. I feel good afterwards and the resistance bands are great to workout with. I would highly recommend this dvd. I'm actually looking into buy more 10 Minute Solution dvds to mix up my workouts from day to day.

I recommend this product with reservation. First, the basic concept is great and I do get a good work-out. But the DVD started having 'black-outs' after the second use. The documentation with says the distribution company (Anchor Bay) gives absolutely NO warranty on anything. I've tried it on 3 different DVD players and the computer and does the same thing on each. So, I have the bands, but no 'program.' At least I can search the internet and see what I can find. The web-site has nothing - just sells the DVDs.

Ten Minute Solution videos are great for those who don't have a lot of time. Or stamina. I've had this dvd for years but only recently started using more than once a blue moon. After a month or so I'm still not in a consistent routine BUT I have noticed results. The moves (for a novice anyway) aren't too difficult but not too easy either. I've enjoyed this dvd so much I'm looking to try out another in the Ten Minute Solution series, now I just have to decide which one.

Very pleased when I picked up my order from my mailbox. Upon opening the envelope, the product was in pristine condition. This product sat somewhere for quite a while I suppose. After I removed the protective cellophane cover, and opened the dvd case. I removed the dvd and turned over the disc to inspect it. The dvd was severely damaged. I soaked it with alcohol and gently buffed it out. The dvd plays but it also skips. I was fortunately able to make a digital copy from the disc.
