Great all around workout!
I bought this a few months ago and really like the how it is geared to all areas, if you want it to! You can do a full 50 minute or a 10 when you have the time!! The only downside was the toner band that was included isn't the best quality, but i got one at a physio shop for $7.50, so not a big deal!!

Great overall workout!
I was thrilled when I saw that Walmart had this in stock! My original one from 2007 got scratched and skipped. I really like these workouts because you can select how long you would like to work out; comes in handy when you're short on time. And I like using the toning band since the resistance is easily adjustable. Great overall toning workout and it ends with a relaxing stretch segment!

Let down.
Where was this dvd stored? It is badly damaged. It looks like a chemical was spilled on the disc. It won't load. Everything appeared great until I looked at the disc. It won't load.

bad dvd. PLEASE DONT BUY
dvd was sticky and would not play i did return. it was picked up by fedex but i was never refunded the money these dvds are junk
