Great for beginner.
I love this. I have never done Pilates before & I was worried about how much I was going to be able to do because I'm not flexible. But doing this video plus a little stretching on my own does wonders. I love the way I feel afterwards. Also my back doesn't hurt as much anymore & my posture has improved a lot. And I have always struggled with my posture. You definitely feel your ab muscles working the whole time. If you are a beginner in my opinion this is the best video to start with. Also I easily get annoyed with instructors voices but not hers. So that's a big plus.
