These towels are absolutely the best when you are struggling with the heat, just run under cold water (I have put my wet towel in the freezer for a few minutes) . The hotter and the higher the humidity the more you are going to have to wet the towel more often. They also wash really well!
Perfect for softball and baseball practices on hot days. Absorb just enough water and are quick to dry!

I am in menopause and NEED cooling towels. These do not do that. You can wet them and have wet fabric. You can use cold water and wring them out. But they are just fabric. They don't do anything better or different than any other fabric. They don't cool. I'm very disappointed.
