I love these! I like to eat the big chunks as a snack and it's absolutely wonderful to add texture sprinkled over yogurt. It's my very favorite thing to put on yogurt. I have not tried eating it as a cereal, but I bet it would be great. It has a wonderful crunch and it's not too sweet, but just right.
