It is rare to have a company that is extremely responsive to its customers and stands behind its products. I had a couple of bulbs that didn't work, and the company immediately addressed my needs and overcompensated me in such a thoughtful and kind hearted way. I would definitely buy from them again, and I would recommend their customer service and their product to anyone in need of candelabra or specialty bulbs. The world needs this kind of company to flourish!

Bulbs came by USPS and were double packaged in USPS Priority Mail insulated envelopes for protection. Each bulb was also individually enclosed in a small cardboard box and then packaged in a larger cardboard box. A lot went into ensuring that the bulbs were protected by the seller for shipping. Much appreciated. Very good price at about $1.00 per bulb compared to other sellers charging 2-3 x that.

Quality Chandelier teardrop light bulbs that shines brightly, packaged very well, had No damages, and very reasonably priced for ten bulbs. I purchased two packages of ten each. Just what I needed.

One bulb arrived broken. I reached out requesting they replace it, as I needed the full 10 for a chandelier, and they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Their excellent service was very much appreciated!!!

Bulbs are exactly what I wanted....not LED. Unfortunately, 3 out of the 10 did not light. However, a whole new box of 10 (all of which lit) was sent to me (FREE of charge). Response to the problem was quick and easy. Great price, too. Very happy with my purchase.
