I just receiving the tray its really product, very large more than a expecting, i love it.

Nice tray
Received the tray with two corners broken off, tried to return the tray via UPS or US Mail. The order number of the billi of lading was invalid. Took the tray to my local Walmart to exchange, did not have in stock as it was an online purchase. Customer service gave me a gift card and asked me to order again on-line. This was a work purchase and not a personal one, so I asked manager to include the shipping cost of the item in the gift card. Called the customer service line, since I did not want to create an account, I did go on line and ordered the tray as a guest, filled everything out using the gift card. Received emails telling me that the tray was ready to be shipped, and when it was shipped. Nice feature. Received tray in good condition. All in all every step was workable. Thank you, MzRM

Looks good in advertising only
I ordered six of these trays on-line and three were broken and the other three had chips in the laquer on the top edges that all can see when they are used.

Nice tray to look at
The tray was pretty but it came broken. It was a composite plastic and it came wrapped in a thin piece of foam one piece of packing paper.

The only protection the tray had was a sheet of tissue. So it arrived in pieces.

Worst product I've ever bought at Walmart
First and foremost this product comes with a warning "For decorative purposes only. Not food safe". It is intended for display, not for serving use which is in direct contradiction to the item description provided by Walmart. Secondly, it is extremely low quality - the plastic is bubbled and the hole which is intended for you to put your hands through it unevenly cut and the plastic is split. I am shocked Walmart would sell this item. Absolute rubbish.

Product was unacceptable.
This tray was broken in shipment so was returned to the store for a refund. If it is damaged in the shipping box, it would break in use.
