Thank goodness I was home when the item was delivered. The delivery person put the item at my door and left. I gathered the item within seconds of delivery. Good thing the item is plastic and was rapped in plastic. The box was soaked . It rained earlier that day, but at the time of delivery it wasn't. Don't know if the delivery person drove with the windows and doors open during the storm. Soaked package.

Sturdy and pretty

Good quality. They held up very well and looked very nice. They were packed very tightly so you need to be careful when assembling.

They were a little small, but work as expected

So many times these are broken when they arrive. These were packed very well, and appeared to all be in tact when we got them. Once unwrapped them there were 2 broken. I'll take that as a win! They look pretty and hold more than we expected. I'd buy them again.

Most of these were cracked when we got them…. Pretty disappointed.

Plastic was flimsy and cheap. Plastic looked like it had scuff marks and wasn't clear. Several flutes were cracked and broken. Poor packaging.

This product is a fragile product and to my disappointment, the package was not marked fragile nor was the original package placed in another box that would prevent it from being damaged. The contents on both orders (ordered the 2nd box after the first one came damaged because of time constraints) that I've placed were damaged. The content of the plastic flutes were cracked because of the mishandling. If it's package better and handled as "fragile" the product would be perfect!
