I Love Ice Cream! I am also pre-diabetic. In order for me to enjoy even a small amount of my favorite treat, I had to take 3 capsules of some other kind of Starch Blocker. The brand I used for years was effective but I always had to take two or three capsules just to have a little ice cream, a small portion of cake or even a Croissant. Recently I found this brand of Starch Blocker, "Terra Form White Kidney Bean Extract". The dosage of one of their capsules is higher than 3 of the other brand that I used to use. In addition, it seems to help with another condition I'm dealing with. I was really impressed. I am quite pleased with the performance of this brand of White Kidney Bean Extract. I still only eat a small amount of Ice Cream but, at least I don't have to check down 3 capsules just to enjoy a few spoonfuls of my favorite treat. I highly recommend this product.
I take 1 or 2 right before a non healthy meal or big snack. I feel it helps control my weight.
Been trying different brands of white kidney finally found one I'm sticking with. I take the capsules before meals and I'm seeing a greater weight loss with this product. Not huge weight loss but nice and steady
The White Kidney Bean Extract really block carbs. I take before I eat bread, pasta or cake.
