I like that my order came in a timely fashion. I like that the straws are individually wrapped. I don't like that they are so huge. I wanted them to be bigger than the regular size being sold everywhere. When it said jumbo I took it to be like some fast food and convenience stores have. These are at least three times larger. They are almost to difficult to use and it is not pleasant using them. I wouldn't want to drink an ice cream drink because you would certainly get a brain freeze if not exceedingly careful!!!
