Got my dogs space ready cool w in 1 day when main unit out waiting for parts. Fans OK so we didn't die but portable a/c nec as my dog didn't understand why we were so hot.

Would have given it a five star, except that it is louder than what I thought it would be. But it works great, runs great. We are in an apartment that is not quite 700 ft.² and it keeps it cool in the living room dining room kitchen, which is about 500 ft.². And then we have another AC in our bedroom. So when both of them are running, it's an iceberg in here if we want it to be. Good buy. Good value. I'm happy with the purchase.

Seems to be working ok so far but it showed up on my doorstep lying on its side with the bottom of the packaging completely blown out. There is an arrow indication printed on the box that it should be standing upright. Attached are four photos. The first one is the photo the shipper used for verification of delivery! The other three are my own. Unbelievable. Hopefully it didn't damage the unit but I did buy extended warranty so I think I'm covered. I may update the review later once I find out if the machine continues to work well …or not.

Condensate line has to be left in full time or it shuts off everywhere 2 hours with e4 code so I let it drain into a 2 gallon bucket an it fills the bucket up every 4 hours condensation with this unit is unbelievably high volume!! An it still won't keep one bed room as cold as cheap 5000 btu window unit

This piece of garbage stopped working just past the return window. How convenient. I have emailed the company THREE TIMES with no response. $300 down the toilet. The "LC" error message isn't even in the manual (see picture). Very disappointing

My new Humsure unit arrived in a visual damaged box, when I removed my unit out, I noticed one of the wheels was slightly damaged as well. Due to the sever heat forecast for the week I kept the unit, plugged it up and it cooled wonderfully for 2 days, after that when I tried to power it up, it flashed a message that showed "LC". I immediately referred to my manual to try and troubleshoot the message and there was no such image of the flashing "LC". I tried to locate a customer service or support phone %23 and none was listed! It had an email address only which was very difficult (for me) to navigate through. So, at this point I'm truly displeased at my purchase and would not recommend it to others! I'm also still waiting for an email response from Humsure and to date no reply has been made and its going on a little over a week now!

This ac I've been having it for like three months and it's been treating me horribly it keeps getting clogged every 30 mins and it drops water and it's been having me unclogging and it takes a while to turn on and since the summer is coming idk if I'm going to keep this ac.

I'd like my money back from Walmart but it been to long The electronic don't respond It gets cold but it's hard to figur out Dident come with any detail on its use So now an error prompt came up and there is nothing to explain what it is The thing doesent work now

You would rather stay hot than using this piece of c….p. It doesn't work anymore and I've had it for less than a month. It blows up my whole living room's circuit system. Can't keep it on even with the horrible loud sound it makes becuase it keeps blowing off our whole internet and lights. I spent over 300 dollars for this. Safe to say companies like this don't care about making a quality product. They care about quantity and how many ac's they sale. Please save yourself the hassle and don't buy this. Also if you try to reach Walmart online, they're as useless as they can get. Don't even bother. Just return the item to the store before you can't.
