my son loves this tablet butvthere was a small crack on the screen. he is incapacitaded and could not wait for his birthday to have it so he played with it. until i noticed that the screen kept cracking to the point that he started crying because it scratched his finger. but i will rebuy it

I bought this for my 3 year old, as mom of 4 in a high technology household.. it was time. I wanted something durable, that had decent battery life but was toddler friendly. This little gem right here?! Exceeded my expectations. I love the ease of set up, and use! The real bonus however is the games that it comes with that are so toddler friendly, educational and fun that my son loves it. The case is also a huge bonus, it's pretty thick and has survived some serious falls down the stairs and a couple of drops with zero damage to the device. We have been using it for some time now, and my only real complaint is that if he has a heavy day of use it gets a little bit warm.. but that's it!

It's a nice tablet but, the options aren't like a normal tablet. When first starting you get the kids options. Do not start with those. I had to reset the tablet 3 times.

the tablet has already died. it has all kinds of fuzzy stuff on all the screen. this is not the first tablet to go wrong. the other one i bought will mo longer charge itself. so 2 tablets and they both go bad. never again.

I cannot add wifi to this tablet. I purchased a hotspot and data and couldn't use it. That was not clearly explained in the description. This was a graduation gift for my grandson and now he can only use it on Wi-Fi. There was nothing indicating the IMEI number either so it's hard to get support. I want a refund!!

Really liked it at first but over the last two weeks the charger port is messed up. I'm the one that always puts it on the charger at night and port is just not durable. The spokes the charger plugs into have moved and now we can no longer charge the tablet. Do not recommend. Other tables have a more durable charger port.

My daughter had this less than 48 hours when she tripped and fell on thick carpeting in her room. The protector was on and it still ruined the screen and scrambled the picture. Completely ruined. Completely a waste of my money!

This was a Christmas present- it became unusable after one fall from a night stand.

the charger port doesn't work, I'm disappointed 😔 because my daughter loves her tablet hoping this helps so she can have a replacement sent too her as soon as possible
