It neither too soft that you sink in nor too hard, providing excellent support. The color I choose is also very tasteful and matches my living room's decor perfectly. It's highly cost effective. I finally got this boneless couch and it came fast in one box. I don't think it's worth the price that's why I think it's been on sale for so long. But it looks nice and durable for apartments.

Couch was full sized within 3 days The color wasn’t as close to the photo only real complaint I have. The couch is short, not for taller people

It is smaller than they advertised it is only 15 inches tall and it is not comfy like advertised. Very disappointing
