I disliked the delivery of my order my husband was home at the time and I had given specific delivery instructions to open the gate and leave at the door and the delivery driver just tossed it over the gate.

this thing cost me as much as a quality Samsung but it promoted its graphic and video quality which most of my use would benefit from. ive had serious buyers remorse since day one. its a lead brick for one. bloatware wasnt a problem, it was non-existent. but so were the majority of the settings and the stuff I consider basics because they are pretty much standard if you don't fall for the accessories and promise of fabulous viewing experience like i did. i could have probably overlooked these flaws because I am aware this is what happens when you order an off brand late at night when you're tired of comparison shopping. but the battery dies every time all. the. time. and with inly one port you can either have power or use the mouse and i use the mouse. my cat now has a very expensive tablet to watch mouse videos on

The worst thing I've bought. Tried to add everything from my older tablet and phone it would only do half of my apps. Then I couldn't get it to turn back on. TERRIBLE Product, would definitely Not Recommend!

If I could give it a negative star, I would. This would not even turn on, with a full battery. Save your money, look for a different tablet/computer. Ours is going back.
