My 4 year old grandson loves his tablet. There's activities to do besides watching movies. I would buy this product again

Good until.....
I've only had this tablet for several months and already the charging part is not working. Overall decent battery life, easy enough to use. But the charger just won't work. Tried using a few other USB C chargers, and none are working. Meaning there's something wrong with the tablet itself.

Buy An iPad or Amazon Fire Tablet Instead
This tablet was low quality. The screen finally blacked out after giving an error message about tiger dump. It kept running hot and shutting off spontaneously. Tech support didn't have any answers as to why. I'd buy an iPad or Amazon Fire Tablet instead, it'd be with the money.

We brought two of these tablets for our sons. A month later they would not charge. We called the company from the box and got the run around. We were given another number to call, who told us they would be sending out another one, in 7-10 business days. Nothing never came so we called them again. They told us we would need to take the tablet back to Walmart to get another one. Stay tuned the journey continues for a tablet.
