I liked the calendar but, mine came without the mount. I'm glad I researched on YouTube for other people's unboxing. I was about to spend $$ trying to get this mounted. Sheesh!
The screen came loose after 3 months of use and can’t get it back together would like a replacement . Screen just sitting on top won’t go back in groove tried putting it back in and cracked bottom of screen …wife loved it until this point in time
This is so very similar to the name brand, with the discount being a steal! The barrier we are facing is that both my husband and I cannot be logged in from our phone app. One person has to view from the screen at home. We even tried to get the subscription for this issue and that didn't make a difference.
It's perfect for what I need.
i havent had this long but the screen is coming off of the frame smh waste of my money
come home from vacation and found it hanging from the wall.
the screen has separated from the base
We like the fact that it sync with both of our phones. We have different model phones and this allows us to share data. Just wish it was cordless or was rechargeable.
My item broke only after a few months of having it. The front screen fell right off the frame and broke.
It does not appear that this digital calendar comes with any kind of chat support. I tried to get help on two different occasions and even though the chat says it transfers you to a live representative, no one ever comes on the line. I waited the first day for over an hour and 2 days later I tried again and they have still never responded and that has been 3 days ago!
