This doorbell is perfect. Easy to install and activate the app. In my opinion it is as good as Ring and Efy but doesn't record. Also, haven't really tested if 2 people, can use the app for the doorbell at the same time.

I love the camera clear picture.

got this afternoon already installed. pleasantly surprised how well it works! cheap to use cloud storage. so far so Good

I didn't I didn't know you needed to subscribe for a plan to use this device. I thought it would be worthwhile for me, but turns out it is not and I will be returning it.

bought a very similar item almost exact previously and it had issues with human dectection zone so triggered motion on strret when cars went buy meaning many uneccessary recordings and alerts. ans motion dection option which should not be necessary as i would want continous monitoring. so this is second similar video doorbell with same issues so dont buy. poor quality.

the device keeps failing the registration part trying to add it to wifi, will not pick up my mobile Hotspot but will pick up other mobile Hotspot from someone else i had to remove and readd device now it won't register I want a refund for the camera

i cannot set it up. very confusing my wi-fi is not showing when pairing and I have the hold hous uses wifi. So it's back in the box I don't want if

It doesn't work with 5g routers. You need to get into computer and change router settings. There's a lot to do before being able to use it.

Unfortunately I haven't learned how to utilize this smart video camera!
