They sent me the one with saucer swing instead of hammock. So I emailed their customer support asking to mail back just the saucer swing %26 them mail me the hammock. I never heard back via email HOWEVER, 6 days later a hammock was delivered to my house from them. So they did make it right. The quality is great. I recommend 2 adults to assemble just as instructions say. It takes time and patience but it is well worth it. The lights of the evening are very cool my son is obsessed with it.

Large piece of playground equipment that will easily accommodate 3 children at a time. Very sturdy. Worth every penny. One person can put it together, but it’s easier if you have a second set of hands to help hold the pieces.

Easy to put together but definitely make sure you have space to spread out. Great product especially given the sale price I paid. Very happy with this purchase!

This dome was definitely a challenge to put together. The instructions weren't very clear or detailed, and we didn't receive the correct number of connectors. On top of that, the mat that arrived was for the 10‑foot dome even though we purchased the 13‑foot version. That said… once we finally got everything sorted out, the dome turned out huge and amazing. Totally worth the effort. We contacted the seller about the wrong mat and missing parts, and they were responsive, they mailed the correct mat and the missing pieces right away. Everything arrived, and we should be finishing the setup today. Excited to see it fully complete!

my package was missing the lights and the rock climbing hardware that goes on the metal frame as well as the hammock

Two rock climbers (yellow pieces) are missing from my box. I need them today because my granddaughter is coming to visit this afternoon. Grandchildren are the reason I purchased the climbing dome.

Was really excited for this item to be our Santa gift just to find out on Christmas eve that the packaging had an error and had no hardware included in the package.

did not come with the hammock which is the option i chose so i want to be sent a hammock for it ASAP free of charge or i will gladly sent the whole thing back and spend twice as much ordering another one elsewhere ! i have 3 very upset kids that spent all their school savings on it ! thank you

shipping was delayed multiple days as well as lacked shipping details when being detailed. box was in poor condition when delivered. opened box to start assembly and parts pack was already opened and missing bolts.
