Walmart is not a good platform to use for online orders because they do not deliver and then they will not cancel the order. They have no regard for the feelings for the customer that placed the order. I will never order online from this company again and I do not recommend that anyone else to do so either. In fact, if they do not give me my refund, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as soon as they open their office and calling the main office of Walmart to file a complaint against the company treatment of online customers. I want my wedding band for a reason; there is no picture because it has not been delivered to me, it is still being worked on, or they do not have it to send to me. It was supposed to be delivered on April 4, 2026.

It's not real good and looks fake

It's a very awkward chain it gets caught on the links and you have to pull on the chain to get it back to line up not nice

never received 10k gold neckalce and disputing charges is difficult, will continue to dispute charges
