Frustrated with lack of updates when order was delayed, but ultimate delivery was great (and still faster than alternative vendors): items are beautiful and each individually protected in packaging, making transportation easy. The interior color matches my design even better in person than on the screen. Uploading the design was also very easy, and I was confident it would end up laid out as it appeared. The holiday price deal made it affordable to get everyone in my work unit a customized mug for the holidays, Thank you!

It is beautiful I got it for my husband and he uses it every morning for his morning coffee. I added pictures of our first trip to Colorado the quality of the pictures was perfect

Got item fast and was just as I thought it would be

The mugs are cute, I received what I ordered. However... they were sent separately and only packed in a styrofoam cube with one end open! I am shocked they weren't broken, I believe I got lucky. In addition, there was dirt and debris inside the foam cube, inside and on the mug. I have no way of knowing what in the world got into these packages, I only know it was absolutely disgusting. For this reason, I won't recommend this product. If they decide to put the current partially open packaging in a box, then ship it, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase in the future.

Overall happy with the item. However, it arrived scratched in a few places. Feel like u can't complain for $6

I was disappointed to see how blurry the pictures turned out. I've purchased custom mugs in the past and they turned out great. If there was any chance that the quality of the pictures were not the best , I remember being notified that as I was customizing in case I wanted to replace the photo. I bought this as a Christmas gift and I feel stuck with it now. The mug quality seems fine. I just wish the pictures weren't so blurry.
