Whose mug is on your mug?
I decided to get photo mugs with my two dogs' photos on them as they were gone from this world but still in my heart. These mugs are an exceptional quality and I hand wash them. I chose one in a pink and another in a blue and I love these mugs. They have become our favorite mugs.

Love this mug!
My mug came out perfectly! It's so cute and the quality appears pretty much as clear as the picture I submitted. This was also a great price! I love it. I also appreciate how you can customize the handle and inner color. I picked pink. The one thing I did wish is that the picture could be stretched around the mug handle as well, but I understand that may not be possible.

The cutest mug!
Got a mug for my mother in law and we loved it!! The quality of the pictures was perfect, definitely exceeded my expectations for the price! I will be buying only from here from now on.

Packaging horrible. Open on one end.
The mugs are cute, I received what I ordered. However... they were sent separately and only packed in a styrofoam cube with one end open! I am shocked they weren't broken, I believe I got lucky. In addition, there was dirt and debris inside the foam cube, inside and on the mug. I have no way of knowing what in the world got into these packages, I only know it was absolutely disgusting. For this reason, I won't recommend this product. If they decide to put the current partially open packaging in a box, then ship it, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase in the future.

I like the product - but it was 3 days late and had an annoying sticker on the bottom that wouldn't come off- my advice is to find better stickers that come off easily

They didn't package it the right way, so in the process of it getting delivered it got broke so they never delivered it and I got told that they cannot remake it in store
