Wonderful device. Helps for incoming calls. Paired the Bluetooth after initial pairing couldn't find device. In Settings I switched Bluetooth off, then back on and it showed "Reminder - A-1" and then it paired. Important to insert the card. pin into the slot, press until it sounds then unplug unit and finally replug prior to switching bluetooth off/on in Settings. It works fine now and I recommend this device for anyone who plays music or listens to tv and then misses important incoming call. Quality product. But did not come with instructions. That is why I explained the FIX.
I have a difficult time hearing my cell phone. This amplifier is great. Hopefully it will help me not to miss calls.
It even alerts me when the phone and the ringer are in different rooms. This has been a lifesaver for me as I am such a sound sleeper - I cannot sleep through this alarm - I'm so thankful!
Worked well for what we needed so that my father would not miss anymore calls due to hearing deficits. Note, if using an Apple product the device tends to disconnect after each use.
This works great for my elderly mother.
it rings loud enough and flashes but you need to have it plugged in, its not battery ..i would have loved it but where it would have been placed there was no outlet

I would have given this 5 stars as it works great BUT , if you have an iPhone, you have to connect it to Bluetooth everytime you leave the house then come back.
