Good quality product
Product was exactly as described and came a day sooner than expected, but it was poorly packed. One of the chip packaging was broke open and they were loose in the bag.

I love the suit markings.
They are really good heavy chips, I bought several different colors. I was slightly disappointed in the purple chips they were not as vibrant color as they showed on line. I almost didn't buy them because I really wanted red chips and the first time I was looking at them on line they did not offer any red in the choices. The next day I went back to the look at them online red was offered. So I ordered red, black, orange, yellow, blue, lt. blue, and purple. I would have ordered green but that color wasn't offered in the list the day I ordered them. The day after I ordered them I went back on line to show a friend and that day they showed that they did offer green. Something is wrong with their web page I guess. These will be use as markers in a board game we play.

Poker Chips
Two of the several stacks of chips ordered had been wrapped with scotch tape. Left a mess to clean up. Furthermore two of the 12 chip holders were broken. Replacement is in progress. Issues such as these should not happen. Quality Control needs work.

I ordered some game chips weeks ago. They lost it, and cancelled my order. For no known reason, they obtained now merchandise and assumed that I still wanted the chips, and sent them to me without my consent. And they billed my credit card for it. For $12, I let it go. To prevent cheating me again, I need to close my account with you.

I was sent the wrong style chips right color wrong style 25 chips were correct 275 are not the same. Very disappointed.
