pretty at night
love this clock but the only thing people need to know is that the color settings have to be plugged into a wall outlet and the clock utself uses batteries but comes with two.

Love the color changing effects and the remote is handy too. One thjng thatd be awesome is if the numbers or clock hands changed cokor as well. overall such a cool clock!

Easy visual, needs better/longer cord design
Overall nice lighted clock. Pros: big numbers, easy to read for visually impared individuals, young kids or older adults. Lights are around the full circle of the clock and have a nice brightness to them. Cons: remote doesnt respond quickly, lights dont run off batteries and clock doesnt run off cord so you must havd both to get full effect, cord to plug in lamp is short if you plan to mount on a wall and requires a (usb input) cube.

This is NOT an electric clock as advertised.
This clock is marketed as an "electric wall clock". An electric wall clock (that plugs into an outlet) is what I wanted because it hangs in our unheated but insulated attached garage in north-central Wisconsin and I've found that battery powered wall clocks do not do well in that cold environment. Four of the pictures in of the clock on the web site show a cord handing down from the clock, and it was the first clock shown when I searched Walmart's site for "electric wall clock". It is a battery powered clock with a LED (I guess that's electric) light display. NOT what I expected based on the site's description and pictures. I took it back. It may be a fine battery-powered clock, but I don't need another one of those.

Defective
When I unpacked it, put the battery in, and got it running the second hand went around to "8" then hung up on the cover glass. I couldn't find a way to easily disassemble the unit to fix it myself without breaking it, so I returned it.

Clock does not work
The clock would not work even after trying three different batteries. The manufacturer told us to contact WalMart
