This is an awesome air fryer. The stacking of the baskets really saves a lot of counter space and makes the whole package attractive. It's easy to use, love the touch screen, and love the ability to match your cooking so that your food finishes at the same time. You should clean the basket, accessories and the inside with a damp cloth and let them dry and then stick them back in and burn both baskets for 10 minutes on 400 to burn off manufacturing oils because this will make that chemical smell the first time you use this.

Nice spacious air fryer. The basket is large and fits a bunch of my kids chicken nuggets. Made them nice and crispy. The large basket is a plus for when I reheat pizza. Glad I gave this air fryer a try.

I really wanted to like it because I love the idea of the two drawer and the slim design of them on top of each other. Everything that I tried to cook with it just didn't get crispy and it's almost like the breaded chicken got doggy. I feel maybe the temperature wasn't going. It's high as it said it did. It started doing a little bit better when I would turn the temperature up higher than what the directions would say. I do wish it also had a reheat button because I use that a lot. Also, it doesn't preheat, which is interesting. My other one would preheat and then put the food in this one you put them right away so I don't know if that made the difference in the temperature of the basket like are you supposed to just let the time go for longer because you need to let it preheat I'm not sure it was very complicated and I'm probably gonna switch back to my old one.

This air fryer works okay. It looks really nice, it doesn't take up much room and it has an awesome digital display. However there are some cons too, The metal is very thin and seems flimsy, one of the drawers did not want to stay shut, the cook time is longer in this air fryer than others I have used. I want to love it but honestly it did not meet my expectations and at its current price point I do not feel that it is worth that price.

I like the overall concept of this 11.6 QT 2-basket air fryer, especially the dual basket design. Being able to cook two different foods at the same time with the Sync %26 Match feature is really convenient, and it definitely saves me time when preparing family meals. The digital touchscreen is easy to navigate, and the preset functions make cooking simple without having to constantly adjust settings. That said, it does take up more counter space than I expected, even though it's advertised as space-saving. While the baskets are a good size, the overall unit feels bulky in a smaller kitchen. Performance is solid, but not exceptional—food cooks evenly most of the time, though I sometimes need to shake or rotate items for the best results. Overall, it's a decent air fryer with helpful features, but it doesn't completely stand out from others in the same category.
