Easy to use.

Carol December 4, 2025

It made making dough for homemade pasta and ravioli a breeze. Pie crusts took seconds to make. As far as the other functions for grating or slicing vegetables, it was done in seconds. Clean up couldn't be easier. All parts, except the motor, go in the dishwasher. This is a great machine for older people who like to cook but don't have as much strength to do all the cutting for food preparation.

had an older model under another name and was great, but finally wore it out after years and years... then bought a Ninja smart food processor, what a complete joke.. it shuts off every minute so making homade mayo sucks. thru the ninja garbage away back to this food processor. it's simple it's very powerful, and runs for however long you want it to run, no Smart shutoff garbage EXELLENT FOOD PROCESSOR

Great buy for the price

Kathi September 29, 2025

The only con I can comment on at this time is the buttons. The lettering is not readable. My buttons are grey and so are the letters for pulse, high. low and stop.

The HUGE mouth led me to believe I could slice/shred whole potatoes, blocks of cheese, sausages, onions, etc. You can not because the food pusher MUST be in the down position to engage a lever in the handle to operate. Celery, carrots, cherry tomatoes fit nicely into the small feeder tube, but that's all. Would not recommend.

Good for Basics, Not Dough

Vilma January 4, 2026

The quality was not what I expected. The food processor is quite noisy, and the dough blade did not perform well for kneading. I could only use about 7 cups of flour comfortably. For the money, it is OK and works fine for basic food processing, but it is not ideal for making dough. I would recommend it for chopping, slicing, and shredding rather than dough preparation.

Yes, it chops and could be much better.

Does not chop all items in bowl. Needs second tier of blades. Stupid safety feature does not all you to add items down the large chute opening while blade is spinning. You have to take the lid off to add more items which defeats the purpose of the chute.

Works fine, only one choice for shredding and slicing, holds up to the dishwasher. My biggest issue is the lid has a spring action that allows a small amount of whatever you need because the food pusher has to go down so far before it starts. And can't wait to see how long it takes for the spring action to start rusting because you can't get the water out.

Ordered this for making fiord for the holiday. Unboxed it as soon as it arrived. WILL NOT TURB ON. Did all of the troubleshooting. Still nothing. Instructions say to contact customer support there is no number for customer suppers and they will respond Ii 7-10 business days by email. Total garbage and waste of money

As noted on the machine being 12 cup, it is only 9 cup. Also buttons have no writing on them, you don’t know if you’re pressing high, low or pauses. Would not recommend buying this processor. I am returning it and buying a Cuisinart.

Basically i orders it to cut vegetables. But to put it into the processor first you have to cut it in small pieces ,like- onions, potatoes, cabbages, The sherreder blade makes very fine sherred which i don't like either(mostly like chop).
