Great product!
This is a great coffee maker especially because of the removable reservoir feature that allows me to clean everything! Even the revolving holder of the reusable coffee filter!

This coffee maker is very simple to use I like the water compartment that is located on the back and is removable . With all the others I don't think they make the opening wide enough to pour the water when setting it up. This is perfect

Great For Compact Coffee Bars
Our cabinet is a little shorter so the removable water reservoir works great. Also having where the coffee filter swings out is great! I also love the carafe and how it doesn't spill when I'm pouring my coffee

I am very happy overall with this coffeemaker. My only little sigh is that the ON/OFF buttons is too close to the PROGRAM button..... my husband has large digits...lol... I will most likely keep this brand on my watchlist. Thanks fr a product worth the money.

Can I return this?
The gadget at the bottom of the filter basket causes the water to stop flowing. You have to wiggle the pot to readjust the flow of the water. If not careful, the grounds overflow into the coffee pot.

extremely hard to program because it's military time, no am and pm , directions not clear

Doesn't shut off when carafe is removed. Basket doesn't close easily so coffee runs out all over.
