I could only give it 4 stars since I haven't used them yet. I am happy with the size and quality of items and I am hoping once I fill it up with soil and plants, it will be heavy enough to stay put (in case of winds) and how well it will stand up to being outdoors for an entire season. All in all I am very happy so far!
I like this planter but it was packed in a box that was too big and it got beat up during shipping now it has two places around the top that is missing paint
The planters are great but it came missing a bottom
I never received what I ordered. I ordered 2 of this item and received one planter that wasn't even the one I ordered. Customer service replied quickly and apologized, and said they would send out two of the correct planter. Well, I received one planter that still wasn't the one I ordered. When I contacted customer service they told me to return it and nothing more. Didn't offer to try to make it right. Very disappointed.
