We absolutely love Gerber foods in our home! 💚 The variety is amazing, the ingredients make me feel good about what I'm feeding my little one, and it's so convenient for busy mom days. My baby enjoys every flavor we've tried so far, especially the fruit blends! It's comforting knowing I can trust a brand that focuses on nutrition and quality. Definitely a staple in our pantry! 👶🍼✨
I don't use this to feed a baby or as a snack; I use it as my secret ingredient in my gingerbread recipe. The Gerber prunes' texture and moisture are perfect as my secret weapon. Apple sauce and pumpkin are great for moisture, but I can taste them in the cake, whereas the prunes aren't detectable. If you need prunes to help with your digestion but can't stand the taste, this is a great way to get what you need in at the gingerbread. Love these.
My child loved eating it, and it also helped him go to the bathroom due to the fact he was having problems with constipation, but not no more thanks to this prune baby food
I recommend this prduct for babies, and elderly people who might have constipation. It is a small little tub, just a few ounces, but helps keep you regular. No added chemicals or sugars make it a good smooth choice for more than babies. Easy to peel open on the end, disposable (no need for washing) and convenient to pack in a purse, overnight bag, etc. Discreet, small, doesn't have to be refrigerated before use. Tasty!
I use this for baking healthy brownies so I cannot really be totally sure of its taste as a snack-not sure I would like it but it's a great ingredient for the brownie mix.
The only time I would give my baby prunes is if he was constipated. I tried two times to see how he would react with the prunes on two different occasions and both times he had a blowout. But at least I know prunes work for him if he's constipated.
My baby seemed to liked the first one i gave him but didnt eat the second one so i will buy again and try again.. the price is good though and i like the fact this flavor doesnt smell horrible like some do.. it did make him go number two pretty heavily though.
this gerber 1st prune puree baby food is also good for an adult snack or to help with constipation issues. however, there is only a small amount of product in each small container as is is filled only 1/2 way up the container. but overall it is tasty and suits my needs. I believer most adults will like this product.
baby hated it and wouldn't eat anything I tried mixing it with so I wasted food. I really only bought it because he was starting solids and I wanted something natural to help him poop just in case. I tasted it and it indeed is terrible. nothing like prunes I've tasted before. sweetner didn't help. almost metallic taste.
Upon opening it appeared to have small plastic particles from the container. I cannot feed this to my baby!!
