We've used this cake mix so many times. Added freeze dried strawberries, fresh whipped cream frosting. You can also turn the cake mix into a wonderful strawberry lemon cookie! So many different options. Don't forget the classic poke cake. This cake mix has a real wonderful fresh strawberry taste no artificial aftertaste, which is wonderful possibilities are endless.

While shopping I had a choice of strawberry cake mixes. I chose this one because it was less expensive than the others. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the moistness and full body strawberry flavor of this cake. Definitely will buy it again.

i make this mix into individual size tiny loaves. they make great snacks and the single serve size makes them stay fresher than cutting a whole cake does. this cake is great quality with excellent strawberry flavor, moist, soft texture and a pretty color that makes the little loaf cakes appealing in the covered cake stand. we don't use frosting on them, but these would be great with just about any flavor frosting. i would definitely try them with a dark chocolate.

I don't usually eat cake, but I have a few exceptions. I like lemon pound cake and strawberry cake with strawberries in between layers and strawberry frosting. This is on sale right before Valentine's Day, which makes it perfect for a special dessert. I'm going to make cupcakes and serve them with heart shaped Pasta.

I love strawberry cake and have ever since I attended a bake sale at my granddaughter's school. This year the strawberries at Walmart have been outstanding and what better that to use some with strawberry cake or cupcakes? If you are a strawberry lover and haven't tried this cake, what are you waiting for? And if you are on the fence, just give it a chance. I assure you that you won't regret it.

I purchase this cake mix E.V.E.R.Y time I have a birthday party or get together! I combine this with some cream cheese icing and the family drools over it !!! LOL

Pillsbury Strawberry 🍓 Cake Mix: It's very confusing to your senses because although it smells like strawberries it doesn't taste like strawberries!!!

the strawberry flavor is way too strong. its just gross. like those nasty strawberry tasty cake donuts. i would rather never eat cake for the rest of my life than to buy this kind again. why would you ruin a perfectly good cake with too much artificial flavor?

Worst strawberry cake we've ever made, Had a very bad chemical taste, kids didn't like it at all and they love strawberry cake. Ended up throwing the rest of the cake in the trash.

I don't understand why it looked fine when i took it out i let it cool to put the frosting on and then it deflated and shrunk it was smaller than the pan. I've made cakes before so i don't think it was something it did. I also don't like this brand because it gives me heartburn. i just got it because it was strawberry which is what the birthday person wanted. i ll have to make sure i get some other brand next time.
