This is a nice pan. The handle and lid have to be assembled. There was NO instruction as to how to assemble the lid - I had to look at another lid that I had in the cabinet. There were instructions as to how to screw on the handle...

Titanium 12" pan!
Well after a delay in shipping(it came from China,not USA as advertised),I opened the package,and everything looked great.Followed the instructions how to season it,and decided to make some eggs sunny side up.As advertised the eggs suppose to slide out.Unfortunately had to scrape it out!I even used oil to cook the eggs with!

this was presented as a pure titanium pan. when received, the booklet describes it as a layered pan, made of titanium, aluminum, steel and 304 steel.

Worst pan I have ever bought. Even after curing the pan sticks! If I could I would return it in a heartbeat!
