Cell food is a great product. It's used as a supplement just like any other supplements. It has a sour taste so it might not be for everyone. But I take it for years and I love it. It's basically food for your cells.

A doctor recommended me this product to build my immune system and recover from digestive issues since I have lyme disease. I have been taking it for 2-3 weeks so Its soon to tell if it really works. He told me to take it for a whole year so I guess he has seen that its effective. Its pricey, so Its worth it to buy it in bulk.
